Hello my doctor just put me at MMI after over a year of treatment and test. I am now going out on comp. Does the comp company still pay me starting now even though i have not been out until now. My permanent injury has to be maintained through pain management medication for the rest of my life.

If your case has admitted maintenance medical care then you are covered as long as the treatment is reasonable, related and done through an authorized physician.
