Just a few days ago I donated 2 large bags of clothes that are too big for me now. I needed to get rid of them because I'm so determined that I'll never go back. I'm currently 97lbs down. Never thought I'd ever be at this point. But fasting is definitely the answer!
Hello, thank you for your transparency. I’m starting on Sunday. I’m going to do the 72 hour rolling method. I’m healthy and I don’t have any health complications but I need to drop 40 pounds. I will also be walking 5 miles for 5 days a week. This is a refocus and get serious about dropping this weight. There’s 5 months left in this year and I’m not taking this weight with me in 2025.
Finished a 67 hr fast yesterday abd currently 12 hr into another one. Next week is vacation and I am ready!! I will still implement as much fasting as I can but I won't limit myself to alternate day eating. I'm curious to see how it'll affect my weight and how quickly I can shed the weight once I'm back. You're gettin back to the 139s jeromey Rome yesssss!! 🎉🎉 Youve mastered all those hurdles that used to plague you before and that's awesome. ❤❤
I’m starting my first 7 day fast today, I really loved what you said about keeping yourself accountable and being honest about where you’re at. I’m excited to do this fast and continue a future with fasting, thank you for posting your journey and uploading these videos!
You inspire, me. I am eating 1,300 calories, today. Next step is hitting 24 hour fast. Then feeding period. Then I will do 48 hour fast. Trying to start, small. The longest I usually go is 10-17, hours.
Hi Jerome, nice to see you back on track & in good spirits.I sweated bullets for a while..your inspirational!😊 Yes.Health is important! Your a prime example of beating the odds!Good for You.Well deserved!🎉
The simple take: Begin with OMAD. Do a few weeks of this on a low carb diet, around 1500 cal. Introduce a weekly 36 hour fast once a week, whilst keeping to the low to medium carb OMAD the rest of the time. Get used to this for a few months, and push the weekly 36 hour fast to as much as a 47. It’s very very simple and effective over time.
I actually think doing it on the spur of the moment is the best way to try. The 1st time I did a 48 hr fastnever having tried it and it was not as difficult as I thought. When I overthink it, it makes it harder.
You are amazing! I started what I expected to be a 10 day+ fast 3 days ago but after God put your inspirational videos in my life, I think your way is superior. Mostly because the refeed is less risky for blockages and allows you to eat anything you want. That being said, what about refeed once a week? Like go to a buffet?
I need to really get a good accountability partner but also need to be real with myself and stop with the excuses. I have been starting over and I am tired of that roller coaster ride.
Hey bro It's a very small amount I know, but wanted to have a chat with you if that's possible. I'm a male 35 from Australia and I'm 95kgs and want to be atleast 85kgs, I have been fasting, but feel like I'm doing it wrong I think because I binge it after and don't eat healthy foods. Please help
Dear Ariel, I am not Jerome but I have been fasting for awhile and feel like you. What I think we are doing wrong is the time we are fasting and perhaps we are mot moving enough. My problem that keep me away from reaching my ideal goal is alcohol, I binge on it, and my fasting hours go from 16 to 24 and I know that is not enough to loose weight and reverse any illness. Maybe you should do trampoline it is researched that 15 min. on it it is equivalent to 45min. run. The best tip Jerome has given me is to hit that timer no matter what, if I reached my fasting goal or not. I like that Jerome eats whatever he wants because he fasts for long. I am trying to do 36h (every other day) and my goal is eating once a week every three days. I hope it help and I can’t wait to see what Jerome will reply you.
How long have you been on your fasting journey? I ask because there is a tipping point where your tastebuds change and you no longer crave unhealthy foods. I’m in Melbourne and have been fasting since November 2022. Starting weight was 146 Kgs and I’m currently weighing in at 80 Kgs. I crave healthy foods when I start my refeed window and always throw in some guilty pleasures like chocolate or ice cream to finish off.
@@j.d.3027look for incidental exercise opportunities. I aim to walk 20000 steps a day. Walking the dog takes about 5000 steps. Take phone calls whilst walking laps of your house, outside or at work. Nothing vigorous either. Housework is a good way to clock up the steps. Fitbit is my choice of watch, gives me an alert every hour between 9am and 6pm to move at least 250 steps.
@whatsupwithyou5984 Your in Melbourne also? We should chat or something, I can fast easily just drinking water and black coffee But my problem is I crave unhealthy food after and binge eat, I also drink alcohol atlease once a week maybe twice with friends.
I have the same issue been fasting for 4 years now. Started with every one day eating and initially lost 20-30 lbs but then stayed the same for about a year. Slowly Started to gain weight. So I switched to eating only on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday. Didn’t loose anything but stopped gaining. Now that I have found Jerome and this community I have decided to to eat twice a week, Tuesday and Friday. Hopefully doing a 60 / 87 helps me loose the 20 lbs I want and I can finally reach my goal of being 145.

You reversed diabeties? I didn’t even know that was possible. That right there makes everything you did worth it. Amazing job!
Almost all chronic illnesses can be reversed with fasting and diet
Yesss it took me 3 months to reverse mines ❤
Type 2 can be reversed by diet and exercise
You absolutely can reverse type 2 diabetes
Yes it’s possible!

Good video! Good points! 🤗
I needed this! Thank you coach! ❤
Thank you so much for these helpful tips. What app are you using?
Fasting will reverse your bank account as well.
Yep - my credit card bill this month is a third of what it was last month. Those snacks and fast food meals really do add up.
Unless you have kids 😂
What vitamins and minerals do you take ,and do you take them during the fast?
Hi Jerome, I love ur channel... can you share what fasting app you use with me pls?
He uses Zero
@@YolandeLemmermeyer thank you 🙏🏻
Do you have enough energy when you fast to work out? Weight lifting?
Question, do u take anything or add anything in water for electrolytes, potassium, vitamins, minerals, etc?
I hit the gym if i did this approach could one pre workout of 250mg caffiene effect my fast 🤔

Just playing with it over 6 months...😢
Just wondering, why do you keep fasting to maintain weight? Why not just eat at your caloric maintenance or above it and build muscle?
Restricted eating is not for everyone.
What fasting app do you use?
Zero, I use the same one and recognize the screenshots hehe
I use Easy Fast
Bro keep the 5 lbs the wind is going to blow you away soon enough.
Ankle weights.
Bro, I need your training!!!! Show me
