Great advice. Now that I’m 6 pounds from my desired weight, I have been setting daily goals that are focused on daily actions. Today my goal is OMAD, I usually do 20/4. Some days it could be no dessert or 30 minutes extra exercise. For right now, when my weight loss is slow, these little daily goals keep me motivated and give me moments of accomplishment.
2:15 I set up a tracking system on the wall next to the fridge, literally on the dry wall. I have been "working" on re-doing my kitchen even longer that I've been trying to get to ONE derland, Any weight below 200 lbs. I have pencil marks dating back 3 years in pencil, bp, weight, est. mileage.
Good tips! And thanks fir popping in your before and after pics. It’s helpful to get the visual reminder of your journey. Today is my 79th straight day of IF. I’ve made progress both scale and non-scale. It’s fun to track my weight every day on the Zero app. I don’t track anything else because the only way I can do IF is by keeping it simple. Thanks for all of your inspiration!
I’m tempted to want to reach my goal before my birthday or the end of the year or when I go to Croatia next April, but lately I am reminding myself, when I think that way, that no matter what as long as I keep going I will be healthier and more fit when I get to all of those dates.

That's is true look last yr I was 285 at the doctor office then I went up to 291pound now am 275 pound my husband t tell me take a day at a time

Did you walk 6 miles in addition to all your daily walking completing normal daily tasks
