What you are eating might be made from rice but the original “injera” is made from “Teff”. Maybe it’s difficult to import Teff in Kenya since Teff only grows in the highland region of Ethiopia.

There is no such thing, white rice Enjera. It is made from very small grain called " tiffe" . There are two types of tiffe. What and brownish.
