Jealous, hateful, senseless comments. Amazing a guy can reach his level of knowledge & training in his 20s. JPwill be a living legend at some point, I hope he doesn't run into any mishaps with his drug use when he has so much to live for.
Why mention that? PED's are an absolute necessity in this sport. Everyone knows it, but it's a hypocrisy due to law and social ideals. With his knowledge and experience, I doubt he will make a mishap. Also, PED's are legal for personal use in the UK.
He looks 49 to 50 though ?? and not healthy . For these kind of guys it never ends well does it . He reminds me of paul borresen the originator of CNP nutrition with kerry kayes ...intelligent but totally and utterly reckless with taking drugs and obviously his health . It does not make him a bad guy ..he seems a great guy ....but ..it can NEVER end well.

Jordan's comments on mechanics of squat is so true. My glutes and lower back is what grows off of squats. I can grow my quads a lot more off of leg presses.
He hit the nail on the head by saying nothing we do is healthy. Steroids, GH, Insulin, Force feeding huge amounts of calories / protein, and weighing 300lbs all takes it's toll. Then there's the extremes of dieting for a show taking Clenbuterol etc to help take bodyfat down to unhealthy level's, which is usually followed by gorging on junk food after the show which results in massive weight gain in only a few weeks. Bodybuilders also usually don't eat fruit due to its sugar content, and more often than not skip veggies. Also lifting weights well beyond your natural capabilities due to drugs like test and Tren isn't going to do your joint's much good long term.

I agree with jp to a certain extent with strength being the #1 goal for growth but also keeping form perfect but I will not track my weights ever... I've done it before and for me it did not work sometimes you get so stuck in the point of beating numbers you just try to move the weight and forget about proper execution.

The guy is 5'6" @ 270-290 pounds...no way in hell his heart is going to handle that for much longer (pay attention to his breathing). Bodybuilding has taken a bad turn towards excessive mass an bulk. Bring back the days of Steve Reeves, Frank Zane, Shawn Ray. Symmetry and aesthetics over mass. Bodybuilding is an art, not a mass contest.
It's hilarious he says the contraction isn't important bc Ronnie and Dorian didn't care...but for arms we want to squeeze and contract HARD. LOL. Why wouldn't you get a maximum contraction on EVERY rep?
