Can you please make a video guide on opening up the fist, I can now make a fist actively but when it comes to open my fingers, I lose.

I have degenerative joint disease and inflamitory arthritis (AS).
Will these exercises help with the pain?

I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, I can't answer that question for you. I would recommend you speak with your doctor or therapist to get more individualized exercises for your specific situation! My workouts are geared toward stroke survivors.

Thank you so much Dr Newland. This month 3 years ago I encountered a stroke & your programmer so far have helped me a lot. How do I manage continuous saliva flow from my mouth?

Thank you so very much for your videos. You are my guide and coach for my stroke recovery. I am 72 years old and my June 6th stroke was a total shock, as I have always taken my health for granted. When I was discharged from the hospital, there was no physio planned (until recently.) Your videos really make a difference for me and so many others. Thankyou😊

@@PostStrokeOrg Hi there, My recovery is going well thus far. I am determined to continue on my recovery journey. I recently joined a Planet Fitness gym and have met with a personal trainer to guide me and show me the right exercise to help me. I still have numbness on my right side, particularly with my calf, but I won’t let that stop me from pushing myself. Your videos are an amazing help as well. Thanks so much. Dwight Byrd from Ontario Canada.
