@@BestmanAcademy Thanks, the point is i do have reasons to study sports management but its kind of off what i studied for bsc (electrical engineering). And I've also done various volunteering works in sports management.

I understand. People change fields all the time. Now looking forward into your future/career, your explanation will still surround WHY you want to go that new route. And before applying you should try to contact the graduate coordinator of the department to sort of discuss your interests and chances based on your background. If they encourage you to apply then you could go ahead. Try to have some of the vital requirements or documents before you initiate that contact. I have also explained how to contact on this channel.

You know I'm always going to say US for a number of reasons: more funding, more experts, and I'm biased because I studied here in the US. :) Not to knock Canada though.

Sir, is 3.72/5.0 (second class upper) considered a low CGPA? and I have a very genuine reason for that.

Bordeline low. But it will depend on the conversion to the 4.0 scale of the U.S. if you have your transcript, use this site to estimate your US equivalent GPA. applications.wes.org/igpa-calculator/ If it is above 3.0, I wouldn't consider it too low.

@@damilola4762 Congratulations on those scores. Great job! With those scores I don't think they'd be worried about 2 failed courses. Besides, you took them again and did well in them. That's all that matters. And your overall GPA is good enough for most R1 universities. You should be excited and very hopeful.
