Any milk means fresh cow milk.. yes you are right no maida , cornflour etc are required

Yes you can...but make sure there are no seeds and pulp
Can we use paneer purchased from sweet shop??
No, home made paneer produces the best texture for rasgulla and it will be totally different from those available in sweet shops, very soft and mushy.
If you buy sweet shop paneer then the texture of rasgulla will also be like sweet shop's.

Why my rosogolla get flat? Send the tricks please.
Once cooked, try keeping the rasgullas in a bowl filled cold water for 2 mins to stop the cooking process. Then squeeze out the cold water from each rasgulla & put into into the bowl of sugar syrup that has been cooled down
i think i made a mistake somewhere. at the end suddenly my gollas became a little flat like disk, caused the mishty to become little denser. any tips to resolve this? however, it was still good, just not the best!

Too much moisture....alway strain chena in a cotton cloth & squeeze out water & then keep aside for 5-10mins over the strainer with a small weight over it to drain any exces watr.
Also test with 1 ball first. If it doesn't break, cook the rest. However if it breaks add teaspoon of maida/cornflour to the dough & knead it for 1min & then try
