We prepare this very often. But you have said, it's an easy and fast recipe, only if you have a coconut and that too, grated. Otherwise this would also take some time to prepare. Anyway, your video is good! Your explanations are quite simple and your tips add value. Great, keep it up!!

    • @Subbuskitchenpage
      @Subbuskitchenpage  3 ปีที่แล้ว

Yeah correct. I always use frozen grated coconut so its quick for me otherwise we need time to grate the coconut. Thank you very much 🙏🙏

    Nice.
    My method for grinding
First soak channa dal tuar dal & jeera.
In little oil roast some corriander seeds, red chilli , urad dal .
    Grind all these with coconut.
I used to boil it .
The curd will not split. This will give you kalyana mor kozambu taste.

We brahmins in Karnataka prepare a very tasty recipe called'Mosaru sasive' mosaru in kannada means thiar or curd and sasive' is kadavu.
You have any Idea how to make it?
    For that we use cucumber.
Fry 8 Fenugreek seeds with 4 red chillies, half spoon jeera.
One cup fresh coconut, half spoon perungaim, with little manjal, and a spoon of ustard seeds. grind all those in a mixer to a fine paste.keep it aside.
Cut cucumber into very small pieces, add to a bowl, add curd, mix the paste from the mixer, add salt to taste.make tadka ,half spoon of cooking oil and one spoon of mustard seeds, add little asafoetida or hing of you like.add it to the Bowl.sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves.
This is very nice with rice and akki rotti.
I am, being a cook in a star hotel,i prepare this and people like the taste very much.
Some kannada cooking channels on TH-cam,santhrupthi kitchen, make it and she calls it 'Southekayi hasi gojju.( Raw cucumber gojju)

Yes. Certain mannerisms in 'voice or words' delivery while talking and finger movement during Tips....may pl be avoided.
      I like all your recipes.
Unfortunately unable to accept your style of stressin on certain letters in the words...is very annoying to the ear.
      K words
      T words..
Hope u can soften them a bit.
