If it’s been longer than 60 days, and less than two years since the manufacture date (located on the item’s tag), and the item has developed a flaw, here's what you need to do:
Nike.com and Nike App Orders: Please contact us to return the item. (This includes digital Nike.com orders placed at a Nike Store.)
Nike Store Purchases: Even after 60 days, you'll still need to return the item to the Nike store where you made your purchase. If you cannot visit in person, contact the store to discuss your options.
Nike Authorized Store Purchases: Please return your shoes to the original place of purchase. We work with authorized retailers to accept returns for products with a material or workmanship flaw. If you cannot return to the original place of purchase, or if the retailer has referred you back to Nike, you can file a claim.
Some Nike products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. In those cases, details and return information would be included on the label, hang tag, or warranty card that came with the item.

Bro I worked in the customer service phone line, we were encouraged to say this to people so they’d be happy and still buy with nike, even spend money because you’d offer more expensive shoes so Nike would end up with a profit of whatever the difference was between the voucher and new item 😂
If Nike wanted people to know they’d put it in their advertising.

Naw, it definitely does work as I have returned several pairs of cleats.I have had the elite model superfly’s which have retailed from around 275-325 throughout the years.When I’ve made a Nike claim online, they made me send the shoes for inspection and then they tell you if you’re eligible or not for a voucher valued at the retail price of the cleat.(took around 2 weeks to see if I was eligible and they’d mail you a voucher you can use online) So I have been given around 8 vouchers over the years and they have been from around $250-$325 and you can literally buy anything off Nike with the voucher. There has been a case where they denied my claim where it wasn’t my fault and the cleat got ripped from a tackle and then they said it wasn’t a product flaw.The claims that did get accepted were mostly regular wear and tear, but I still got it accepted so I guess it depends on your luck as well.

You submit a claim for the shoes that are broken then you get voucher for the price of the shoe. You don't get an actual shoe replaced. I actually worked for nike.

“Corporate doesn’t want this to get out” Why wouldn’t they? They made the policy. If they didn’t like the policy, they would remove it.
If everyone did this they would wipe that policy from earths existence. Fact is most people have normal lives and don’t feel like it’s worth the effort to get over on small little things. This policy is also for sneakers that have fallen apart due to an error or poor quality, and many companies have this. Tire companies will replace your tire if it completely tears, but not from normal wear and tear.
Sears had this policy on their wrenches, if a wrench failed or broke they would replace it no questions asked. I had a tool reseller at a flea market go around finding old rusty Sears wrenches just to break them to replace them with shiny new ones. He was so stupid because the old wrenches were made to last forged in quality steel and the newer ones were Chinese lesser grade steel and were noticeably lighter.
This is nice to know all my sneakers are out of warranty and don’t even fit me my dumb***

@@MilanSinghhh Nike updated there policy , the website states it’s at the stores discretion one can’t just show up with shoes literally one year and 364 days old and they’re gonna give you a full and complete refund for it unless it’s a true manufacturer defect. Simple wear and tear now maybe you threw a fit or badger them in threading legal action that they just look the other way but how the video portrays that they automatically give full price is a bit of a stretch
