My Versa 2 says Connection Lost when I press the button for Alexa. It says Sync device in Fitbit mobile app. Let app run in background to use Alexa. I don't know how to fix that.
I am saving up for a Fitbit Versa 2 and I will watch these videos so I can set it up.

So Alexa doesn't actually talk? When I set alarm it just vibrates it doesn't actually make any sounds?

Probably because you selected the Fitbit pay box when you were setting the Fitbit up(you can only choose one of them, out of Alexa and Fitbit pay)

No it won't. As it requires the app on the phone.
