When I swipe up to the Today where the stats are it only let me chose 3 different ones. I thought it was supposed to be like 7? It's only activity, hourly steps and heart rate.
I did everything, but the stupid device won't go past the wifi connection, it is supposedly connected but the way you suddenly got these options on the actual fit bit has not happened for me, it still shows the logo, won't charge and the dumb things still will tell me to download the app despite already being connected to the dumb app. I'm so frustrated and disappointed i don't know what to do.

I got fitbit versa 2 as a gift i didnt get any instruction manual only says down load the app and i checked in Apps store and android both this application in for purchase not free am i right ? in order to use this watch am i suppose to pay ? giving my credit card information worry me that it will instantly take money can some one answer me step by step pls thank you
I also have two degrees, my Versa doesn't even show the same screen as the video. Maybe FitBit should get their act together.

I had problems with pairing with the versa 2. Once I restarted my phone it worked.

Click on your profile then your watch then notifications then turn them on or if that doesn’t work you need to make sure your phone is not on silent
