These are my go-to items that I pack in my hospital stay bag. I have several life threatening chronic illnesses like Mycotoxin Disease, POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome), a Spinal Cord Injury, and more, which is the reason I'm admitted to the hospital from time to time. Edit: This gives me a idea for my next hospital visit…. Hopefully it won’t be soon though…. I been trying my best to stay out the hospital but it seems to be my second home unfortunately… 😅

I also have alot of issues too but i have only ever ended up in hospital once and that was when i was dignoised with osteo arthritis
I suffer from osteo arthritis as well. I have had it since i was in grade 6 and i'm 29 now
