    Note 10+ personally in my opinion is the best phone Samsung has ever made, especially the Aura Glow color.

      One of the most interesting colour.

      I agree with you. For example, it comes with 12 GB of RAM, and today the S24 Ultra still has 12 GB of RAM. You can add an SD card, and so on...

    The Note 10 definitely inspired the S22 Ultra design language.

      I had the note 10+ for 3 years as well, but I upgraded to the S22 ultra. I'm happy with it. I wish the Note 10 would've got android 14 as the last Android version. I have no problems with my s22 ultra and it is running android 14

    Man I Just spent $320 replacing my screen for my Note 10 plus. Granted I got a new battery too and it's back to life within 24 hours of it be non usable. Won't lie I did look to upgrade but it would have cost much more to get another phone with 512gb and no sd card slot..Nice review . I will keep a eye out for future post.

    Samsung's decisions regarding phone features can sometimes be driven by market trends and cost considerations. Let's take a look at the recent examples you mentioned:
    Charging Speed: While some advertise 45W charging as a major selling point, tests indicate that the actual benefit in terms of charging time might be minimal, especially beyond the initial stages.
    RAM: RAM capacity can impact a phone's performance. The Note 20 Ultra's starting price of $1,299 likely reflected its higher 12GB RAM configuration. Later models like the S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra offered the S Pen at a lower price point but reduced the RAM to 8GB. Whereas the S21 Ultra switched the cost of keeping more RAM for the removal of the s-pen.
    The S24 Ultra seems to prioritize a balance of features and performance by returning to 12GB RAM and increasing storage capacity to 256GB, justifying the higher price tag.
    We as consumers might hate it but that's why they have the higher configuration for more money.
    Looking back at it, still owning the Note 20 Ultra. It's still a dam good phone. If my battery was better and we had more software updates, I would see this phone lasting up to the seven year mark Samsung is supporting the S24 Ultra. So if you divide the price over seven years. It's not too bad.

      @@swaize8866samsung was giving $400 for the note 10 plus & i used the education discount & i got $150 credit also to use on accessories for the s24 ultra which i used for a couple of chargers along with a few cases & a few screen protectors all included shipped to my door for $800 & that's with taxes included

    • @peterparker2068
      @peterparker2068 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@swaize8866 It might be only for American or some countries. Americans have enhanced trade in value plus all the extra bonuses for preorder. I traded my Note 20 Ultra for $600, and out the door for the s24 Ultra with taxes included it came out to be around $729. And my credit got me a pair of bud pro 2, silicone case, and screen protector for no additional cost. So, $729 out the door for everything. I heard some European countries got a galaxy watch for free with their preorder.

    i have gone from 10+ to fold 4 to 10+ when my fold died. other than the 60hz screen i didnt really feel like it was out of date in any major way. have s24u now but the note 10+ is very usable even today.

    Android Auto doesn't work on my Note10 plus aura anymore. It says my phone is outdated. I can't even update the app. The battery life isn't the best. I have to charge mine 2x a day. Also, I agree with the power button it should definitely be on the right as most people are right-handed. Otherwise, this phone is still great despite it being almost 5 years old and it not getting anymore software/security updates. I'll probably be upgrade my phone soon but idk to what yet.

    Most people buy 4 year old phones. It's absurd to task whether a 4 year old phone is still good in 2024. Makes it seem like phones are disposable a year after you use it.
