Hello - thank you for the video. I've had this microphone system for a little over a year now and I have experienced the same exact problem - it drives me crazy! The worst part is, there's no consistency where I can pinpoint the cause and fix it. It seems to happen at random - sometimes I have great videos with perfect audio but then others it happens nearly the whole video where I have to re-film the entire thing. My question is: where did you find the customer service where you sent them an example and they offered a refund? I've searched on Google and I can't seem to find their actual website - I only get third party sites that sell it. If you could tell me how you contacted them that would be great! Thank you!
I’m surprised there’s not more views of this I scoured YT when I was researching! I can’t recall now- maybe Google Voical Air customer service but it was through email- let me see if I can find in my acct
