I tried to build one as well. I couldn't spec out a Laramie that I could be certain had the 360 Surround view camera on the build sheet, even though my current Laramie has it. So I've ordered a longhorn, but the process was very difficult. The computer system the dealer uses is different from the RAM website, and I've found that most salespeople know less about the packages than we do.
Yea ordering at the dealer requires at least 1 hour before you hit the order button. I would ask the salesperson to let you drive and scroll through the options because of how cumbersome it is. Good luck with your order 👍🏾
Yes the dealer has a different system that connects to FCA network. Make sure you double check everything they build even the little things because of the chip shortage they are cutting some features like the power folding mirrors are gone in Laramie and long horns. And this was back in September. Unless they brought it back it’s only coming in the limited.
@sam abd they still aren't putting power folding mirrors in. I just ordered one in November. I was mad. Itll be here end of this month. It's in transit now

Just an FYI, I saw that FCA is doing a recall on the 19-20 models to replace the CP4 pump. I've heard some owners have already received the recall notice.
I wouldn’t hold my breathe for GM and Ford to follow suit. They had their chance and if they would’ve recalled their CP4.2’s, it would’ve happened by now. Official recall notices should go out 1 Jan ‘22 to dealerships and owners.

After having a truck with painted bummers - never again. They had so many chips on them after 30K miles it was awful. Good old fashion chrome for me going forward.
Lol I love the color matching look which the sport and north edition offer, but I agree I like getting the chrome packages - 1) cheaper and 2) after I no longer have payments I upgrade to aftermarket offroad bumpers. I did get my wife a blacked out 1500 bighorn 4x4 though which looks sick. I couldn’t resist. Hopefully the paint lasts 15 years like my third gen before I repainted it lol.
JB does that 12” screen have a dark mode for night driving? Does it just turn dark automatically or can you manually change it? Nice looking truck but, you’re right it does look naked without the marker lights up on the cab.
It may be because your light switch dial is on the brightest setting next to the headlight stock. Check to see if that solves your problem. You can also turn it on automatic in the system 👍🏾
Um, these night editions are still available. I just bought a 2024 that looks just like the truck in the video, but it has a black pearl coat paint job. You may have been experiencing a web site glitch while trying to order.

JP, I ordered 22 limited back in sept because they stopped the night edition in Laramie. I was so frustrated because the Laramie fits my needs. But after I crunched the numbers and realized that the price of limited is little bit more than the Laramie. everything I want in the Laramie is coming on the limited with additional limited trim stuff. Chip shortage screwed over the lower trims when it come to technology features you want. I opt out of the accident avoidance radar and the sunroof. It’s been a mess. I am still waiting on the truck to be build.

This is exactly what I did as well, ordered mine oct 20 and just go my told itll show up in February. Ordered leveling springs and king shocks that’ll be delivered in February. 2022 gonna be a good year.
I have that exact year/color truck Night Edition but not Laramie paid 67k new...dude, $12,000 for heated rear seats and a stereo? F that. I put in a stompin sound system for $2500 and nobody sits in the back anyway, so I could care less if they're warm. How often do you adjust the pedals? lol
We went and ordered a 2500 big horn night edition a few weeks ago but the very next day found a Laramie 2500 night edition in patriot blue and bought that one instead. Glad I did because that must mean mine will be a little more rare and hopefully hold its value a little better. Love the truck!

I ordered my Ram 3500 Laramie Night Edition back in June. It finally arrived in early November, and it is soooooo slick. It’s technically a 2022. I didn’t have a problem besides the extended wait time.
Clearance lamps are a recipe for leaks. Rather add “cab over america” wireless lights and not have issues. Drilling holes in a perfectly good roof is a bad idea. Hear plenty of Ram owners with sunroof and cab light issues. IMO, my retirement truck will not have seals that can fail on the hood.
Wow....bought a 3500 one of these one year ago.....for significantly below MSRP......when I took it in for the first service they offered to buy it for more than I paid for it.....almost sold it....then realized what it would take to replace it....no thanks....

The mega cab is the way to go . More comfort for rear passenger and the ability to fold seats down to create a flat surface for cargo you don't want bouncing in the bed or your dog having a flat surface off your leather. Ram is head and shoulders ahead of the others .

I just placed an order for a 22 2500MC Laramie hemi….still no night addition avail. Laramie level a/b are now gone and are now c/d with the biggest thing is power Mirrors with manual folding. Also no surround view avail.
A base ram with a cummins is a good amount of money. The Aisin transmission should come standard. Thats definitely not fair to customers who dont know the difference. Great in depth review.
The Aisin has it's own set of issues, drives like a POS. Ram couldn't put a decent tranny in these trucks if they're life depended on it. We need the Cummins w/Allison.
I strongly disagree about the clearance lights which I realize is personal taste anyway but IMO the clearance lights are a hill billy thing or tow truck Joe thing, I even wish they had put the shark fin at the back of the roof so its not so in your face. IMO they take away sleek style with a busy cluster look. I don't know if I can move the shark fin location to the back of the roof easily if at all but that would suit me just fine.
I agree with you on the antennas, it was lazy for them to just slap them close to save money running wires out back… The clearance lamps mean you’re driving a proper HD 😎👍🏾
Just got a loaded laramie and harmon kardon system is pretty sad bro.....19 speaker for 2021, but yeah pretty disappointed and am not even a stereo junkie by any means......fir the upcharge and marketing they use yeah not to thrilled.... My 2022 silverado with base system isn't much different tbh.....
I find that the quality of the music plays a roll in the true quality of the sound. When I listen to good quality music on USB vs Bluetooth, I noticed the highs/lows are on point. The true sound quality is the speakers never distort and even at full volume, it’s crisp and clear 👍🏾
All of you city folks that don't heavy tow, buy a gasses and leave the towing to the rest of us... I see everyone who doesn't need a diesel buying one just to be in the diesel club.. you are driving up the prices

It’s part supply more or less because the Limited is still offered with the night PKG 🤷♂️

Correct, if you select a different trailer, it will change the mileage for that specific trailer 👍🏾
That is a big inventory, here in CA lucky if dealer has more than 1 or 2 trucks.
Yup, Criswell Thurmont is a new store (built 2 years ago) and they had quadruple the amount of inventory you see now so that’s why it looks like a lot
