This movie's awesome! Go see it!!
This was an excellent movie. The Mom’s steadfastness was seen through every minute! They did say the timeline was condensed a bit. For those of us who grew up on 90’s CCM, it was a walk down memory lane plus a realization that the music industry is brutal!
Tbh the movie was better in theaters, it’s hard to hear stuff at the festivals. Like I cried a little at CWVFF but in the theater i cried way more.
This movie was good!
But alas just wanna point out that the Erwin Brpthers dod not direct this movie. It was directed by Joes Smallbone and Richard Ramsey.
True! But Kingdom Story is owned by the Erwins.

The second half of this movie was better than the first. I am not familiar with this band or story. While it was ok, I wish it focused more on the mother than the Father. The Father was/is very unlikable and I was more interested in the moms' story and relationship with Rebecca than her Dad.
That's what annoyed about the movie. The dad had an equal part in the story, and I wish the movie would've presented him in a better light.

That's not true. Just because there's a lot that suck doesn't mean all do. There are some really awesome ones. There's a lot of bad Hollywood films, too. Do all of their films suck? No.

@@tobiasfrost86 Strongly disagree. Just the best ideas only surface once in a blue moon. Which make movies that come from Kingdom Story Company or Angel Studios very unique.
