You shoul tell the people tha Starkey hearing aids do not connect to computers, unless they purchase aditional accesry worth more than $200.00. Phonax is differente, they can connect to all the device, incluse, 2 at the same time

I just got mine - other noises are louder than when people talk to me. They still have to repeat themselves to me.

After days of trying to figure out what wrong it turns out moms remote was on MUTE!!! Arrrgghhh!!!!!
