Nice! I have never had a knife that I would not clean fish or game with. Met so many that only collect for display. Never tried Sheephead before but the meat looks clean and tasty. I hope you got more than one. Thanks for taking us along. ❤🐟👍😁
I have one myself. Great knife and the de-hooker works great on bluegills. Great video as it had 2 of my favorite things in it, fishing and Case knives.
I wonder if small fish just get caught so they can fly through the air after being taken off the hook? Great knife thanks for sharing the fishing trip.
I am a saltwater novice but have never had anything I ate with the skin on. Bluegill or crappie we would scale and fry with skin on. Leads me to believe these knives were probably designed for little guys like that.

Like the fishing knife,some have a small hole on the bolster for straightening fish hooks. Fishing looks great

I had an Imperial version of this knife. It cost 3.50 in 1977. I got it from Thrifty. It was a great knife used it though the 1980s lost it camping.
