    I love this and I've saved it for those days when I just need a break from power yoga. Thanks so much and would love to know how to get a hold of the music. The clarinet is a refreshing addition to the practice.

    Very nice!, I enjoy the slow pace and meditative quality of the practice. Same with holding the poses and the attention to the breath. Great choice of music. Thank you very much Melissa!

    Thank you. I enjoy practices like this with longer holds. It gives me time to find the pose and ensure that I’m really in the pose. I also enjoy how you ended the practice. You wish namaste and that was it. So many instructors end with a lot of talking. Once I am in savasana, I like keeping it quiet and mellow. Thank you.
