Thank you. I enjoy practices like this with longer holds. It gives me time to find the pose and ensure that I’m really in the pose. I also enjoy how you ended the practice. You wish namaste and that was it. So many instructors end with a lot of talking. Once I am in savasana, I like keeping it quiet and mellow. Thank you.
