it was a good show, but as someone who's been going to WOH since the 80s, they are unfortunately becoming less and less exciting. the 30 minutes of trainers doing laps to fill up time was a perfect example. the problem is the planes are so expensive to maintain and there's less and less every year. My daughter was stoked that the Viper demo pilot was a lady, however. i worked with the blastards a number of years ago doing pyro for the show for a couple years (the little men out in the field making booms) and that spoiled me forever watching the show from centerline midfield. but my kids enjoy it, and i get to teach them about aviation history which makes it worth it for me.
Well I just stopped recording pretty much until she came around again so just edited like that but I’m using my phone so can’t stay on plane sometimes but I will for sure next time make them longer. Appreciate it.
