After very unfortunate timing, qualifying during peak pandemic I've had 3 years now searching for that illusive first job, with no success yet!
2023 has not been kind either but i recently saw an advert for first officers on Susi air's website and rushed to get an application in. I only have 240hrs TT though, so seeing these people in the mix with 300+ is not making me feel hopeful!

Sent the CV. I have 600 hours total, have FAA license, 350 hours flying experience in Papua on Twin Otter. But they don't hire me. Dunno why. Any clue?

Just keep reapplying each month Khairul. Check the layout of your CV and make sure you include all required documents in your application. Also check your junk mail.
Give it time. They'll get back to you eventually.

Hi, the FAA licensing system is World recognised, so yes, that may be a good idea. Flight training is also relatively cheap in the USA.
