8 years ago and the original contractor did not finish the build so catching up on the punch list from 2017. Original build did not have any roof on the back porch so this is an add-on 8 years later.

You just built that house about 5 years ago...right, I would think it's to early for a new roof, but I do know the Philippines construction style..ijs
