Phantom Paper Jam - Fix Epson Printer Paper Loaded Halfway then Fake Jam

Phantom of the Paper Jam? How to solve a constant fake paper jam for the Epson printer? The printer will feed a half-page of paper and then complain about a paper feed problem. We checked the remaining paper, and paper eject sensor (PE Sensor). Eventually, we found the problem is a broken page feed gear (PF Gear) which caused a duplexer jam. We used a WF-4730 printer but the problem may exist in other printers.

I have Epson WF-7715, problem I am having is it when I print a page it prints that page fine but after that it keeps pulling in pages and throwing them out until it empties the whole paper tray. Don't know what is causing this problem. If there are any papers in the tray and I switch it off it pulls the paper and leave it in the middle then it gets switched OFF. Any help will be highly appreciated.

I have something unusual,when i print from drawer 2 witch is A3 is ok,when i print A4 from top,ok again,if i try to print from tray 1 witch is A4 then pulling 2 sheets of paper blank then paper jam appear..

hello my friend, in my Epson L3150 model printer, although there is no foreign object in the paper path and the part where the print head moves, it gives a continuous paper jam error. The paper comes half way, after a few lines of writing, the head stops and gives a paper jam error. When I move the small wheel under the paper part by hand, it turns hard. Is this normal? Which parts should I check? I will be very happy if you help

My epson et2720 pulls paper either half way in or almost halfway out and then says rear feeder paper jam. It's sitting halfway inside and halfway out front. What can cause the problem? I opened the printer but don't see anything wrong. Can I send you the video somehow to post and help me and others?

I am having an issue with my Epson ET-8550. It is practically brand new. I took out the rollers using it to print DTF transfers. It is giving me a paper jam error. It reads regular paper fine and I have even placed blue painters tape behind it thinking it was due to thinness of DTF sheets. I've tried numerous cleanings and numerous DTF transfer sheets. It was working fine until it stopped reading one day. It's only a few months old.
Is there a sensor somewhere that is possibly unclean? My rollers are also clean and my gear on the right side of the roller is lined up as it should be.
Please help

Thanks for subscribing! Yes, there are a couple of sensors and they work together. You need to get the timing right, and also the paper roller clean, so it can grab the paper. When it grabs it, it will move back and forth for sensor to detect it. I think your roller worn out or dusted with the powder from DTF film, so it's too slick.
