Good video, In my case 2 of the 3 wheels popped out and fell behind the printer stand I didnt know they were missing I found them pop them back in…Printer is working great…Thanks for the tip.

Hi Kevin. Many thanks for this video. It is far better and most derailed explanation I found in the www. Unfortunately, with my WF 3620 nothing helped, yet. The weird thing is, it prints its own internal reports and also the test pages without trouble. But when I start printing from PC or phone the paper is pulled in as desired and stops just below the printhead abruptly, throwing the paper jam message. I just don't understand why it is capable to print its own stuff but not mine 😞. Smells like the obsolescence counter reached its end.

The paper feeds to the print floor half-way, then backs up and the error bleeps. when you select 'cancel', the 'jammed' paper feeds all the way through with no problem. However, during the aborted print, the paper has a 'wave' in it, as if the paper gets through the removable feeder fine, but temporarily jams up against the next rollers; perhaps they're out of sync or something. Still, the paper exits to the paper tray without further problem. This all started happening when I got the 'ink reservior has reached end of life' message. Fixed that, then this 'jam issue started'.
oh would love to see a second video. My epson has suddenly stopped printing on both sides and also stopped printing via the rear feeder as it says it is jammed but will happily feed through the "jammed" paper if print job is cancelled. Will only print one sided :( any ETA on a second video?

But it still came up with a paper jam message until I took out the rear feeder and sure enough, there was a piece of paper stuck in the back.

My sister hooked up her Epsom Printer in our new apartment. She sent me out for one color cartridge which read low when she turned it on the printer hooked up to our new wi fi. When she replaced the color cartridge, the paper jam alert came on . She never tried to put paper in the printer. She never had a paper jam before she packed the printer to move. There is no paper jam at all. It won't reset - so the printer is useless, unless we can fix this annoying problem. I just went out yesterday and bought a new Epson Cyan XL cartridge.for the printer at Staples. In fact, I had just replaced all of the other color cartridges with Epsom 220XL cartridges and the also the black ink cartridge with the Epsom 220XL Cartridge, before we moved. This is a lot of money to spend on 2 year old printer which won't reset. Do any of you have any fixes?
I could use an explanation of a 0xEA error with NO paper jammed or anything else this vid shows. On startup the carriage moves a bit from right to left then goes all the way to the left and I hear a high-pitched screeching sound and then get the error. I cleaned the first encoder strip and that didn't help. I bought a replacement strip, cleaned it and it still does the same thing. I just want to how to fix it/ where the noise is coming from to see if it is worth messing with.. Thank you

I have an Epson ET-7750 that does not work anymore (had it for 1 year and 4 months). As soon as i turn it on it whants to draw paper but stopped midway and says error code 000041. I can run paper manualy but printer winn not work, just stopped at error code.
My issue is printer feeds a blank page then says paper jam or load paper. It doesn't try to print anything just spits out blank page and sets error. No jams found. I cannot find any information on my particular issue. Please help!
When paper prints only half and then stops for an error, i usually power off the Epson printer from the power button and then power again then the printer ejects the paper automatically without any manual taking paper off

My paper jam is that it fails to feed after the first sheet from the tray. There is no paper to retrieve. I tried the manual paper supply command, and this works to print the Epson logo.....go figure. I have had this issue with EPSON (crap) since day 1 new out of the box. I will never buy Epson again.

Does the paper pass the print head when it is fed halfway?
@@BCHTechnologies it looks like it, but it gets yanked back and beeps with the error display.
mine dose this on double sided printing on the second side only and says paper jam but its not jammed anyone know how to fix it very annoying

I need help. I have the 7720. I wiped the rollers to get ink off and now my paper jams. It will pull from the tray but gets jammed.

For me, the cartiage in the back ins't coming off, I tried push the two buttons in and pulling but it won't come off.
