"PROCUT" Centri-Cut 190 Potato Chips Cutting Machine is a centrifugal potato slicer with cutting speed of 400-500 kg/hour. It can cut plain chips, V-Cut Chips/ Ruffles Chips and Julienne Stick 2.4 mm & 4.8 mm. In-Feed Hopper Size of 5 Inch allows feeding proper feeding of large potatoes and sweet potatoes also. High grade steel material knife provides better cutting results in terms of starch loss, reduces the amount of scrap and tapered cuts.

Working Principle:-
Potatoes or any other root vegetables enters the large in-feed hopper which in-turn rotates in the paddle impeller. Through Centrifugal Force potatoes come in contact with the blades and chips are cut.
