Alex's multimedia team: These raw videos are amazing. There is no need to edit them, having flashy titles and animations that take days or weeks to implement. You have the fortune of having a person that has so much value to give, that I believe people will watch it no matter what. Having a raw video is my preferred format from Alex, because he looks more transparent and real than ever, I can deeply connect with his life story and his teachings. You're doing a great job. The foundational step you talk about is what I've seen so many times with people I used to work with at my warehouse job. They always go out of their way to blame others for how their lives are turning out. I saw the same thing in my dad. When he was sick of working a job he would start a fight with the rowdiest coworker and get fired so he could come home and tell my mom that it was out of his control. And now as I am an adult, I just realized that I am falling into that same trap. That as shit falls apart around me, I try to use that as fuel to not have to take responsibility that I am getting older and my situation isn't changing for the better. Thank you for putting out this video, Alex. This shit is something I really needed to hear.

Thank you for you honesty. I was in that position going thru school and living in trailer parks thinking I would never get out of that situation. Being careful about how much I ate, often just going to bed hungry. Not wanting to, or even caring if I woke up the next day. I actually used to beg God to not let me wake up. I've felt that exact same sentiment so many times and you have no idea how much it means hearing that from someone as successful as you are.

And I didn't started everything from zero but way below the zero without knowing english or anybody here. Had no choice, 7 hopeless family members back home but big dream and will. Last 7 years went though the hell for them working all the hard sh*tty jobs not most men would do. I adapted environment in US by educating myself learning everyday smth to achieve my goals. With no money I tried many businesses from scratch and failed most of them. Maybe couldnt save big money but saved my whole family from tragedy and gained tons of knowledges, life experience. Now I m still building, learning, fighting everyday for the PURPOSE. Long story short I think in this beautiful country all you need purpose and little bit english to achieve everything 🫡 Please keep making these videos it helps me type of the people a lot 🙌

Accepting blame is one of the most powerful tools you can learn. And if you expect to lead a team some day, you don't just need to learn to acccept blame for your own actions, but also take on the responsibility for your team's actions. This is not only rtue for you as a business owner, but also if you are an employee looking to move up in your company. Accept the blame and offer solutions, its a winning formula I learned the hard way.

Holy shit. I'm there right now. Struggling business, six kids, 41yo. All I can think about is working harder. All I can think about is working longer. People don't seek me out anymore because I've become my work. I had a heart attack this year. I was laying on the table watching the tools clear my heart and all I could think about was how free I would be if the surgeon just slipped even a milimeter.

I'm 55 and have just squeaked by with a fairly comfortable life for most of it, however, I've also spent most of it talking about how great it's going to be tomorrow instead of doing it today. Now realizing I don't have a ton of tomorrow's left and I'm way late to the party. Not a comfortable feeling but I own it. I know you may feel like youre behind, I did when I was your age but I promise you your 20s is when you have the most energy you will ever have to make your dreams come true. I was 200k in debt and wanted to be a film director so I was an assistant making $10/hr (couldn't pay my student loans so went into BAD debt) and then on weekends I would find bands that wanted music videos and I would find someone with a camera and I would shoot no budget videos. I would produce and edit them on my free time on the weekends but it worked. I was able to make directing my career but it took time and I wish I could go to my 20 year old self an make her push even harder to become better at my craft earlier. Also your 20s are for exploring allllll the things you want to try out. you can be wikd and crazy and try 50 different things and no one will bat an eyelash, but that slowly wears as you get older. Enjoy your 20s, your doing GREAT, your going to get better and stronger every year as you level up just stay consistent. Sending love!

I never really comments under stuff but this spoke to my soul in a way a lot of the spirituality videos just don’t. I believe in them, but the sheer ownership and realising I am giving power away to people who may or may not even still be physically present because I’m still blaming them is profound. this is a gold mine here

I was victimized yet I'm not a victim. My greatest strength is knowing I have a choice. There are many misunderstanding in the "woo woo" movements.. I personally don't strive to get rid of any emotions it's about allowing for that emotion to be validated and accepted and exist along the journey of growth and expansion.. owning all. Contrast is the tool for self correcting.. I embody the energy of the butterfly and a Phoenix ..it's my Ying and Yang that allows for balance. 🦋 ✨️ 🐲

I agree with Alex that Motivational Books & Positive Self Help Videos no longer work for me. The reason I enjoy watching these videos is because Alex can break business and growth down in simple language with practical steps that are calculable and proven to get results!

I've always heard about delay gratification. But the idea of delaying pain is new, and it's a wonderful framing

Brought me to tears cause I was struggling with family BS and been stuck for a long time. This really hit me. Thank you Alex.
Thank you. As many of the viewers in this comment section, I'm fed up with being broke and living in a victim framework.

That's a great intro. Let's watch this five times over to really engrave it. Stay true, Alex, and thanks for the continued inspiration.

@@adnanazmi. Thank you for the advice, but it was more a hint at how repeat watches always lead to more information gained. The same way you can read the same book multiple times and have different things you take away each time 👊🏼

It’s truly unbelievable how much you have my actions down to a ‘T’. The only thing I can say that I don’t do these days is put the blame on anybody else or circumstance. I know I’m in the position I’m at is 100% on me(my fault). I know what my rut is and the things I need to change, but I just don’t. I’ve tried to start putting ultimatums or absolute deadlines now and things I do are moving forward, like I block out the depression and actually get off my couch, but still at a snails pace. I just keep telling myself, if I don’t make drastic changes I won’t have too many days left. Today’s my 46th birthday, I pray I make it to 50😢. Thanks for everything you do man!! I owe you everything when I overcome, and hope to one day meet you in person and shake your hand Alex.
