Hey I waant you to know that here we do eat naan but rarely. Because it is made out of "Maida" flour a.k.a "all purpose flour " which is believed that it takes long to digest like ramen noodles and breads 🍞 .
So I mostly eat naan which is not made of maida. I hope it helps .
