Fastest Shrimp on Earth (Freshwater)

Could this be the fastest shrimp on earth (freshwater), in terms of hand movement speed? The fastest shrimp (saltwater) is often said to be the Mantis Shrimp, which can punch at ultrasonic speed.
These freshwater shrimp seem to be filter feeding from the water, and their hand and arm movement speed is among the fastest I have seen in freshwater shrimp species.
The video is at 100% normal speed, with no speed up. The shrimp are labelled as Sulawesi shrimp, and come in different colors, from white to cardinal red.
Definitely an interesting shrimp to watch, and it is fascinating that they have so much energy to move their arms at such a high speed.
