I love this skin but I wish she either had the legendary skin or the prestige, but instead they did give it to lux and ezreal. Aside from that its rlly good
If you're wondering about the history of porcelain, there's not anything too significant, just a very ancient Chinese art started from around Shang dynasty. It has become a luxury in different regions around the world because 1. Sinocentrism 2. Silk Road 3. European fantasy

This skin is sooooo gorgeous both on splash and in-game! The 2 games were great (i was the trist and cait)!
I love this. Yes Lissandra is super underrated, She’s part of my champ pool and I always pick her to counter mid lane assassins that are very slippery like Zed and Akali. So satisfyijg to see them frozen in place as they die lmao. I always build Liss as a bursty dmg dealer, dont like her tanky hybrid builds.
I love this skin, and the chromas are gorgeous. But my only complaint is how blurry the fog on her lower model looks like

the snake is probably a nod to the chinese zodiac that goes by years instead of months. She is the snake, lux bunny, amumu mouse, Kindred probably sheep/goat and dog for obvious reasons and Ez is the tiger which is the 2022 animal (and the legendary skin of the bunch)

even though it might be pay to lose because of the shiney passives
my thoughts exactly! as soon as i saw them i thought dang those might be too visible compared when compared to the other skins. I am sure i get kills just because people are not always aware of the passive ghosts. The E claw also seems bigger and especially with the white color, very visible.

Im one of the two lissandra players and i love her she works while ahead and behind shes so versatile and between you and elsa of gerendel i watched both of you guys initially to learn how to play her...Shes my best champion currently
To answer your question about the snake: it does have relevance to Chinese culture but not necessarily porcelain history. In addition to porcelain, this skin line has elements of the Chinese zodiac. Ezreal with the tiger, Lux with the rabbit, Amumu with the rat and Lissandra with the snake. For some reason they gave kindred fish? I think sheep would've been better but idk.

i think the snake is to represent one of the animals from the chinese zodiac calendar, just like how lux is the rabbit

I think the snake is a play on Lissandra's Watcher lore -- it's even purple to be Void-coded.
it's actually one of the chinese zodiac, in this skinline: lissandra is the snake, amumu is the rat, ezreal is the tiger, and lux is the rabbit.
That snake and the whole skin line is 100% a deep royal blue without even a hint of purple lol

Just wanted to let you know in case no one mentioned this the reason why there's a snake on this skin is mostly due to the chinese zodiac. 2022 is the tiger's year that would be ezreal skin and each one of them has one of the zodiac animals. Lux is a rabbit, amumu is a rat and lissandra is a snake. So yeah that would be the reason why :3
I am not excited for Tristana players to come out of the woodwork with this skin. They are either gods when they are my enemies and trash when I support them. I was glad she got forgotten this season. If they buff her I swear to god...

I would buy this skin BUT It’s blue and it reminds me a lot of her base skin. Im very frugal so if i spend on a skin, that skin better be worth it. Sadly the skin just reminds me a lot of ice, blue and base lissandra.
