Fattah with Meat
in 4 Easy steps:
1st: Cook Meat in boiling water over low heat to have a clear broth
2nd: Make a thick tomoato sauce
3rd: Fry or grill bread
4th: Make Egyptian rice
Finally Assemble all
Ingredients:
1 kg beef cubes or lamb shanks
Onion, Bay Leaves, Cardamon, pepper and salt later
4 tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp vinegar
2 cups of Egyptian rice
3 cups broth
4 pita breads
fried or grilled
