  • Join us on a virtual walking tour of the historic streets Naples, Italy, and experience the city's beauty firsthand! 🇮🇹✨ Despite the charm and history that Naples has, our journey through its bustling streets took an unexpected turn due to the overwhelming presence of speeding scooters. Watch the video and discover why we won't be returning to walk these streets again. 🛵💨
Naples, known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and delicious cuisine, is a city that attracts tourists from all over the world. However, the scooter chaos we encountered put a damper on our ability to fully enjoy a relaxed stroll ('mooch') through the city.
Despite our experience, we also want to highlight the incredible sights and sounds of Naples that make it a must-visit destination. From the historic Piazza del Plebiscito to the bustling streets, there's so much to love about this Italian gem. 🌊📸

Been to Naples twice before. My favourite city in the whole of Italy. Going back in two weeks can’t wait!

It's a shame you did not enjoy Napoli more than you did. My husband and I were there about five years ago, but we traveled by high speed train from Rome and stayed at a lovely and quiet hotel just off Piazza Bellini. We were on streets that had few motorbikes and a lot of them had none. I had a giant bowl of the best mussels I've ever had at a nearby restaurant after we had toured the underground. I would definitely go back. It's busy, chaotic and bursting with energy, great food and so much history. To me, it felt more like the real Italian experience than Rome did, aside from the ancient ruins.

If you enjoy your cruise ship you can’t enjoy nice and lovely cities. Next time, stay on board

Stop focusing on traffic and just enjoy it... the scooter drivers know what they're doing. You literally won't let yourself enjoy it. I can't even watch the whole video.

Naples was a beautiful city to visit, full of architectural wonder and quirky streets. When we visit somewhere we tell things from our own perspective both good and bad. Naples is a great city but for us was spoilt by almost being hit several times by speeding scooters. That’s why we wouldn’t care to go back. However we understand the scooter thing is a part of Neapolitan life and as such might not be an issue for other visitors but for us it was a negative factor.

The piece of art symbolizes our over consumption of waste . In particular clothing. Of the 100 billion garments produced each year, 92 million tonnes end up in landfills. This attributes to climate change, cause of the heating up of garments not decomposing. This piece is teaching us of our over consumption of garments each yr ... it's the artist bringing awareness to a need we need to address.

That is an excellent interpretation of the symbolic meaning of the art piece - appreciated reading this 😀

Judging a city by a short amount of time spent in is dumb, but I actually always considered dumb the people who go on cruise ships. And not trying pizza in the city where there is ther best pizza in the world "because tonight we're having prime ribs" is even more dumb.

Too bad you are a complainer...Should have just enjoyed your time there. If you wanted quiet, a cave in Nepal would have been good.
