This was great, thank you! I love the cardboard template idea and the diamond plate rubber flooring. I am trying to make a cover for my Scion Xb. I go camping and I would love to be able to leave some things, like tent poles, in the car.

Looks good, great idea using a template first. One suggestion is to paint the edges of the plywood black to clean it up!
