Its difficult to discern legitimacy from this photo, I think its more likely its real as a counterfeit with all the proper paper, security strips etc, likely wouldn't have such a horrible miscut

You know if you would have really put a fake $100 bill into a ATM or tried to use or cash it that is considered a fraud felony. All atm's have camera's and your transaction would be recorded, dated and time stamped. Then the U.S. Secret Service get's involved.
