You're too hard on yourself!! They - look - fabulous!! I used to LOVE bagels - years ago I discovered that I am gluten intolerant so that stopped the bagels. Have you heard of a gluten-free recipe that works? (You made this look easy!) Now I'm hungry!

I just made sourdough bagels the other day for the first time! I believe I underproofed them though because they were very dense. Yours looks amazing!

Ours have picked at freshly harvested beets... against our will, of course. ;)

Mine was in German too. There is an option with my other browser that allows you to here her normal voice or in German! Read the Doh!
How I wish I could speak German! Alas, TH-cam has been assigning random languages to random videos and I cannot for the life of me figure out why.
