Yes I did haha, I didn't notice it to begin with. I was just trying to get as many people served before the showing started. Luckily other than the reviews I don't think affects anything in the demo. And yeah I saw the trash can too when I watched it back. That must have been the 5%
It is, but that doesn't mean you always see everything when you are focusing on something else. When I watched it back I noticed it within a second as well.
- I'm here at the 7 minute mark, I find it interesting that he hasn't caught on yet about the row preference, even though people are b!tching about it, it's completely going over his head so far. Well back to watching to see if he catches on.
Well if you made it to the end you'll see I didn't 😂 I hope you didn't find it too frustrating. I noticed it straight away when I watched it back like everyone in the comments. Something about when you hit that record button these things tend to happen haha
@@tpgamingx12 - Yeah I noticed that you did not make that connection. I'll be honest this particular game didn't do much for me, I'm finding a lot of the simulation games extremely lacking, there are way too many and several of them are just so under developed, there are only 3 that I think are decent so far, the Recycling center seems good, but I feel like it would not hold my interest long enough to justify purchase. The Supermarket Simulation is not bad, I have that one and think it's alright, but may have also had a short lifespan. The third one however I do not have and is actually the one that has the best development, really well made with a lot of available options is the Trading Card Store. And as a couple honorable mentions I kind of like the Auction storage Unit game a little, could be a good one, and the Pawn Shop one. Pawn shop needs quite a bit more work but has some good potential.
Yeah I have found myself wanting to explore other genres of late. I find a lot of them the same game, different coat of paint. I tried a car dealership one the other day, it's main selling point wasn't even in the demo. The market is too oversaturated with everyone trying to cash in. But I like to keep trying them incase I find a hidden gem and share my findings with everyone. Got my eye on low budget repairs for next year. Might have some potential.
Similar to this could be a stage theatre where you have to put people in different levels of seating with different prices and the same with a foot stadium
A game where you run an arena would be good. Maybe you have to book shows in, like concerts, stand up comedy, sports. And you could set your seating levels for each event to try and sell them out ect....
This looks like it could be a fun game to watch. 🙂 It was pretty funny that instead of asking the guy on his phone to turn it off or leave, you slap him and chase him out of the theater. I wasn't expecting that!😆
"I probably have to clean between shows, I want to give myself *plenty* of time between showings" - proceeds to give himself 30 seconds between shows. Since, looking at the clock moving, it looks like 2 game mins per real second
When I said that I was meaning for the cleaning in the theatre itself not the whole area outside. At that point I didn't know how it all worked while a movie was showing. And I think 30 seconds would actually be enough if it needed to be done before showings. Whereas it turned out to be clean anytime is fine.
They do, in fact it's not a supermarket game but I have a video coming out next week that uses the same old guy with the beard in the same clothes as this one. But a lot of the supermarket games use the same products too. I think because it was a success everyone wanted a slice of the pie. I did play grocery store tycoon on the channel a week or so ago and that was good. Came at the game from a different angle.
They could put a little effort in making new models for it... I played a casino one and everyone showed up in Beach outfits... I mean.. Stock models are fine... But they have to fit the game too
Yeah they just get them from an asset pack and put them in. But like you say, they should fit with the game. It's worth that extra bit of time developing not only does it look better. It tells me the developer actually cares about their game. Turning up to the casino in beach outfits is prime example
Installed the demo too... First was not sure what the alarm was too 😂 then my caracter gui froze behind the ticket counter... The game has potential... Schedulimg 2 movies per Day is enough though.. Otherwise the influx of guest is just too much... Tip hire a cleaner and Tech (i think they are still Free of charge... But then you only man the counter and the occasional smoking or calling guest.. Then it gets boring.... Don't these devs of these games know that the creditcard terminals IRL are linked with the cash register nowdays... You don't have to put in the amount anymore... Horay for automations!
Yeah my character froze slightly behind the counter as well. Yeah that's what I found with the start when I went straight in with 3 movies. Trying to get as many in before a showing was tough. Especially to start with. Yeah I think the card payment being automated would be better. Plus the $20 ish price is well inside the contactless limit. That would help you serve more people. Because imagine what it will be like when you have 4 screen open. Good to know about the staff, and the staring waiter haha 😂
There is another issue with the game... People request a seat that is No longer available... Because the row is full.. Then they complain they have not gotten the seat they want... And you cannot tell the the seat is taken or let them go home... They will go home if all Seats are taken... But also complain about that 😂
Yeah that part needs work then, because you'll end up with a lot of bad reviews but no way of fixing the issue. Maybe choose your own seat could be a premium ticket as well.
I got it a minute in... Time, followed by amount of tickets, followed by row they want. Sad that it looks more basic starting out than Supermarket Sim.
Yeah I was just concentrating on getting as many in as possible. Noticed it straight away watching it back myself. Easier when you aren't actually doing it haha. A little bit, especially for a demo would have been nice to have maybe have the snack area already there to see how that worked, whether it needs stocking up ect ...
Absolutely haha. Be interesting to see if that gets in the game actually. People sneaking in stuff, or sneaking in without paying. Or paying for a cheaper ticket and going into a different theatre
First, I have no idea where you find these games that have you slapping the customers. I am also laughing at how people are requesting their seats and you put them wherever. You want to sit here? How about no you can sit elsewhere.🤣🤣
🤣🤣 Yeah I didn't even notice they were asking for seats at first. Just trying to process as many as possible before the showing. I haven't got time for that haha. I don't think it matters in the demo though. And yeah I thought the same when about the slapping. Haha
Every customer told you the row they wanted. You ignored them, LOL. Also, you never emptied the trash cans. One of them even lit up at one point.

you get what you get and you dont throw a fit is his motto lol
I wonder if the game mechanics will bring more customers if the ticket prices are lower
That would be nice if they did. Be nice if I could offer special deals as well. Like early bird tickets, or buy one get one free to entice people in

It would be awesome if there could be a movie maker game that you can use the ones you made in the cinema
That would be a cool idea, there is a game called blockbuster inc that came out recently that lets you make your own movies whilst running a studio.
@0:10 everything looks quite like supermarket simulator these days..
That is very true
Some even use the same skinned people.
