Nobody knows the answer to this question other than amazon unfortunately. My guess it depends on how many designs you upload in relation to rejections. I have had 200 rejections over 3 years, but I have also uploaded thousands of designs. The type of rejection could be important. For example using "Marvel" in your listing compared to uploading a beer design to youth clothing. The marvel one most likely is a lot worse for your account health

My problem is that i dont know how to manage all my decoration elements… i have a lot but at the end I always use the same stuff…
Put them all in one illustrator document and save that somewhere you can easily find and access it

How make design more stylish when there are 7-8 words on my design ?
Make 2-3 of the important words quite big if possible & the rest smaller. Use decorative elements for some variety
