Collecting those Chicken Eggs :)

We're collecting the chicken eggs and setting them up in the egg cartons. (Sorry, the first two minutes are of the same footage from a previous video, but I think the eggs are quite pretty!!)

This is impressive.
So the chickens lay their eggs in this open-wide nesting area. That's pretty amazing.
I've never seen chickens with such a large nest area, especially considering that you have nearly 100 chickens in a mixed flock (based on your website info).
I can only imagine the amount of eggs you can get from nearly 100 chickens.

Thank you! We allow our chickens to free range, but they like laying their eggs in the fresh hay we put out for our goats in the barn where they all currently stay. We have a section that's private for them to use as a nesting box too.
