    ዶክተር ጌታ አብዝቶ ብርክ ያድርግህ ለእኔ ጉልበት ነው የሆንከኝ እኔ ቁመቴ ሜትር ከሰባ አራት ነው እናም በጣም ዳቦ እንጀራ ፓስታ እወድና እስክጠግብ እበላ ነበረ እናም ቀስ በቀስ ከ54 ኪሎ ወደ 94 ኪሎ ገብቼ ነበረ እናም ባለፈው ወር አንድ እርምጃ ወሰድኩኝ ማለትም በምግብ ኪሎዬን መወነስ ነበረ እናም ከባድውሳኔ ነው በጣም ይርባል ያጓጓል ነገር ግን በሽታ ከሚመጣብኝ ረሀቡን ለመቋቋም ቆርጪ ጀመርኩኝ በቀን በጣም ትንሽ አትክልክ ትንሽ ፍራፍሬ እየበላሁ አሁን 82 ኪሎ ገብቻለሁ ማለትም በ45 ቀን 12 ኪሎ ቀንሻለሁ አሁን አንተን ሳይ ደግሞ የበለጠ ሞራል አገኘሁ በጣም አመሰግናለሁ

    He explained everything well. There is a lot of misinformation on tiktok and Instagram that are unfortunately targeting people that do not have in-depth knowledge on nutrition.     ፍሩክቶስ እና ግሉኮስ የሚባሉት የ ስኳር አይነቶች ልዩነት አላቸው. ጤናማ ያልሆነው ፍሩክቶስ የሚባለው: በ ነጭ ስኳርና ፍራፍሬ ውስጥ በብዛት የሚገፕው ነው.
    ነጭ ስኳር 50% ፍሩክቶስ, 50% ግሉኮስ ነው.
    እንጀራ ውስጥ ፍሩክቶስ የለም: ዳቦ ውስጥም የለም. መረጃው ትንሽ ቢስተካከል መልካም ነው!
