Man that is awesome, I'm new to the MPC, was just getting the hang and then they dropped 3!! I was like damn I have learn a whole new format now!! Getting the hang of it, this video helped me a bunch! I love how you record 4 bars and then you can easily place and take away where you want. Awesome man.
Well put friend. Very courageous. I haven't even scratched the surface of possibility with my 1000 OR One!! I just love being able to create. So as excited as I am about 3 I've falsely convinced myself that it would be like having to repeat a grade But, NO! Embrace the challenge Master the tools Thank you

I think the most insane thing is, they haven’t fixed the fact that audio tracks won’t record if the MPC is being synced to another device (as the slave). It drives me insane
Hey Poli, thanks for the video, playing with parts in the arranger is so much more fluid, I think they'll implement midi parts soon so you will not need to do this "workaround" to play with the arranger, I hope so because it is obvious and shouldn't be difficult. I've mada that suggestion anyway to them. One thing to speed things up you could do is record directly on the arranger page so you will set the loop range to whatever bars (4 in your video) and record, if you keep the range there and from the arranger hold the track name you should be able to see bounce to audio, then voilá it should appear as a new track measuring only 4 bars, try it out and let me know if it works for you. cheers
Good update. We need to be able to start each sequence as a brand new slate, without the tracks from other sequences. Because if you delete one track, it's gone from all sequences
Poli I know how frustrating you've been about Akai and understand you buy all the gear you have, keep doing you bro! I appreciate your input on things.... before the Key 61 there was the VIP Advance controller and it understood midi messages with no problem midi has been inside of instruments for decades Akai what's the problem.... samples came from Live Musicians in the beginning and we will always Rule...
What’s up great video . I was wondering how do I bounce the entire sequence to audio without making everything separate wav files? In 2.0 I could just use hit the pencil tool next to sequence and it had the option to bounce.
Wish they would pick up a better sync without having to timestretch etc also the beat slicing should be able to record from that first slice screen like the djs1000 🍻
whats up bro, im new here. I just came up on a soundcraft 12MTK. and i was wondering if i was able to route my mpc to the mixer and then route the mixer to my daw either usb or through my 18i20 interface. its my first mixer and not sure which is the best way. and my mpc is in standalone mode always.
Poli, love your videos but a small gripe with this new setup 8 audio tracks is a joke… it’s 2024 at least 16 would have been nice. Also why the fk didnt they put the midi into its own blocks too so it’s easier to see on such a small screen. Still only 4 inserts🤦🏻♂️

Did you know now the Mpc there is no midi out ? they removed it or cant find it. you cant play your beat or any already record lines and have another gear play it. they so foolish I cant believe it, not easy I get this mad, but those are either doing all these intentionally or they still live in the 1800s. how many times you record and realize nothing was recorded, because all the very important things are not in the main page. what a Shame they think people dont sing rap play guitar, they think people make music with just samples and loop and one 4 bar sequence and say kumbaya. whereis midi out so you ca send your track to computer or another midi gear to play the midi of some of your tracks. wow what a mess it still.
