I learned these things in face paint class but OMG I forgot so much! Great refreshment course and FINALLY able to see up close brush angles and subtle movements etc which I could never see in class 🙏🏻
I am a beginner face painting artist. I would like to know what is the best face painting brushes that I can use. I enjoyed your video and I learned a lot of it. Thank you 🙏
Hello I work in a theme park doing face painting! I love your videos, would you be able to teach this trick without split cakes? We dont use them and I love this look. Thank you!
I don't think so. I believe that the palette is oil based cream and not water activated face paint. I have both but much prefer water based,as long as they are of good quality. Kraze FX 12 pan sets can get you professional quality at an entry level price. I'm starting with Kraze FX and buying TAG black and white. Hope this helps!
Hello thank you so much for the video. I have no art background, no painting background but I'm interested in face paint, specifically with flowers. Would it be a good idea for me to start learning face painting or should I start with a different form of painting first? I'm only really interested in face paint and I'm totally new to this
Hi River, thanks for your comment 🤩 you dont need any painting experience to start face painting. I would recommend learning to face paint on here. Good luck with it all and let me know if theres anything specifically you would like to learn 🌻
The brushes are named on the video 😊 i mainly use half inch flat brushes and petal brushes for flowers. Lowell Cornell is my fave brand ✨ hope this helps
Thanks for you feedback. I’m so glad you enjoyed it 💖💖 you can use whichever white. I prefer using Superstar white or Global Colours White. Hope this helps 🌈🦋😊
Face Painters, usually there is still a lot of white paint left on the brush that you can just reload the color on the tip and keep going. No sense in wasting all of the white that is still on the brush. Just make sure the color has enough water to make it easier to reload the tip.
@@letspaintfacepainting Dont need thank me!!!!!!!!!! we thank you for posting this wonderful work does not have on TH-cam someone who explains better than you I am very happy and able to have learned from you you were my inspiration today indicates your channel to all my students!

Hi, just love watching your videos. Would just like to comment on the name of the split cakes though. I think that the split cakes which have city names are from Global and not TAG. Just thought that I would mention it so you can get some endorsements...if you use the right brand name, of course...
Love how you don't rush and explain everything.
Thank you 😊

Hello! Can you make some videos without using split cakes! I only have solid cake paints!
You can also make your own split cakes.. I find it easier faster less to carry by having the split cakes
Great vid!

When you do double dip flowers and have to reload, do you rinse off your brush and reload or do you go into the white without rinsing?
sarah khwaja Hi Sarah, yes when double dipping I normally rinse it all off and start again. Hope this helps xx

Chrystal Teal Absolutely , if there’s enough white paint left you can dip the tip into the colour again 😉 thanks for that Chrystal 💖💖
@@letspaintfacepainting typically I will just rinse the tip!
the best!!
Thank you Sarah 😍 really appreciate your feedback xx
