    To the point - that's how I will describe this video - from start to the very end.
    No unnecessary fuss about "like and subscribe" - that is done already - much thanks for staying awesome!

    Only seen Marp before and I thought it looked promising. IMO revealjs looks exactly what I was looking for!

    Great vid! Whenever I need to stay in the terminal (for example to run interactive code samples), I like to use maaslalani/slides which is a fork of lookatme.
    For web content, I use reveal.js.

    In my classroom as well as at my mother's funeral I used reveal.js as I like the two dimensionality meaning I can side issues that I can explore if it is important for that class etc.

    It´s funny, my employer wants me to create presentations in HedgeDoc in Markdown (I am not a developer, hence I am not familiar with it at all). Now I can invest hours and hours creating a decent presentation without the ability to focus on the content whatsoever :D For me it would be great just to now how to write a style sheet in markdown including a generic background with our company's logo somewhere in the corner, margins, color design, font design including line spacing.

      this is learning for live 🙂
      hedgedoc uses reveal.js, guess u found out meanwhile. And you employer should have prepared a company slide blueprint for it. But maybe your chance to shine there and come up with one ;-)

    Companies investing millions in DTP tools and people are creating free and open tools for using Markdown to create presentations on console. 😀👍

    Ist es auch möglich irgendwie mit Suchbegriffen oder so zwischen den Slides zu wechseln? d.h. wenn man bei Slide 20 ist, und auf einen Slide zu Beginn springen möchte; traditionell "scrollt" man durch, bis man findet..... aber so ein Suchfenster o.ä. wär noch gut?

    • @devonduty
      @devonduty  ปีที่แล้ว

      Je nach Tool kannst du eine Übersicht einblenden, die alle Slides gleichzeit anzeigt. Dort kann man dann auf die gewünschte Slide klicken.

    I tried and liked this from Obsidian but the cumbersome image handling in all of these forced me to export to PowerPoint and finish my work there. Hopefully someone will figure out some clever workflow in the future and it'll be more tenable.

      Indeed, that is a downside.

    I've used look at me before. Lately I've just been using pandoc to create pdf files.
    Thanks for the resources.
    As for giving presentations this is the best resource I've found th-cam.com/video/W_i_DrWic88/w-d-xo.html

    In most instances I believe that slideshow presentations of any kind are incredibly dull. Charismatic enthusiasm beats any slideshow!
