if your board is hot-swappable, you can just use a switch puller or your fingers to take them out if your board is not hot-swappable, you'll have to take it apart and desauder the switches (i would suggest looking up a tutorial, i've never done this myself)

@@Fluffyhairgeek lol what...taping the back of your PCB has negligible effects at best. A high density matting would provide better dampening but foam is a good second option. Also nothing is preventing you from taping your PCB and adding case foam.
