When I spoke to seniors they said it's about 2800 per year. It's by Blue Cross Blue Shield and is one of the best subsidised health insurance in the USA. You can waive the health insurance and go for something else that maybe cheaper but may not cover as many perks as NEU's health insurance... That is my opinion on this matter

the private room rates are pretty much the same in any major us city excepty for nyc maybe
