What happens if the original traitor tries to murder the traitor who secretly kept the traitor's card?

What do you so if
1) you are dealt an Event Card?
2) Pick up amd play an event card? Pock up again?
3) What do you do if thw blackmailer takes a card drom you? Do you replace it?

When i played we would pick up a new card and play as if the event card didnt happen then at the end of the turn do the event.
To make sure all players had 3 cards we would pick up a card to replace the stolen one.
Unsure if actual rules but it worked out fine

My problem with this is there is nothing to stop faithfuls from murdering when a murder event happens. It’s just down to trusting that they will press F instead of a number

How does the game work with 2 traitors in play? The original traitor may not know the traitor card is in play, so:
Can the original traitor murder the new one? If no, How would he know that he isn't going to do that?
With digital play, how does it work if the 2 traitors are murdering different players? How is that then decided?

Yes a traitor can murder another traitor. If both vote for different players then the one who votes first takes precedence

What happens when you have two people left? Do you do a final banishment? How does that work?

The last two reveal whether they are traitors or faithful. If one is a traitor they get all the prize fund. If both are faithful or both traitors they share it.
