    My wife has suffered from diverticulitis for about 13 years. My doctor interested in my family life and well being asked about the stress in my life and I shared about my wife and her diverticulitis. He said, we both should Starr taking it. We did and it has changed our lives. My wife no longer suffers from diverticulitis and has also began to work out lossing 81 lbs. The weight-loss isn't due so much to the Chlorella but as a result of better gut health she feels better. Enabling her to do more which is allowing her to live healthier all around.

    I've purchased numerous chlorella's and noticed that they are different colors, some being a deep dark green and others more of a light pale green, are there reasons for this, different species, or possibly 'floured down'?

      good point

    • @Abrahamos
      @Abrahamos 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      There's an explanation yeah. I think the darker ones are the ones told to be "cell broken" meaning they're also the ones that are easier to digest all the nutrients. Darker ones are associated with better practices like organic and fresh water n stuff too from what I see. While lighter ones aren't really. They don't do much to change it. The better products are always dark green.

There is less of certain amino acids in plants compared to meat products but it does not mean that plants does not have all 20 amino acids (including the 9 essential ones). Chlorella is nothing special, like other plants it has all 20. Very annoying. You should remove this video or make it factually correct.

      It actually depends upon the food intake..
      me being a nutrition student I can’t keep my mouth shut but let you know this… the protein you get through vegetarian food is second class protein as per studies and when you take soy milk and all they kinda help substitute the protein level up to certain level… it’s not that vegetarians need extra protein no… not at all

      @@poojithaduddupudi5467 listen, you're information is wrong as far as i know. I'm not even asking for a source, since I know you don't have any. Instead, I will question the root of our disagreement- do you think humans are poor builders of protein, and that are bodies cannot efficiently synthesize the proper amino acids from plant? As a nutritionist you could do a lot of good for some people, but i highly recommend you question some of what "knowledge" is administered to you through the academic institution, as they are all designed to protect their own interest, and to prevent doubts about the status quo even though we are all doubtful but the health of mainstream society.
