    One's doctor will not easily recommend taking items that may compromise their pension.

    Centuries before spirulina was deemed a "superfood", the vibrantly coloured cyanobacteria (or blue-green algae) was a Mexican pre-Hispanic dietary staple. its original Mexican name is tecuitlatl

    I don't know about others, but I actually grew to love the taste of spirulina that I chew them tablets like candies.

    I just started taking the powder formula again.. I don’t mine the taste at all but I always mix it in what I’m taking and add some sprouted almond butter in it which is so delicious! I’m a new subscriber… Thanks so much!❤

    China Government warned the contamination of the heavy metals such as Lead, Mercury and Arsenic in spirulina sampling in the commecial market. Some of them were warned, they just export all of their product wholly to USA, not in China domestic. They also purchased the middle class cultivation pond in California and then mixing it up to MADE IN USA.

      Yes, it is good to have organic hawaiian brand, a bit more expensive than the Chinese version.

      I would rather use the Moringa powder instead of the Spirulina because it’s natural plant form base unlike Spirulina that derives from the Bacteria

    I have some I bought for my daughter's sea monkeys! They died and now I have a package. the smell reminds me of that "flake" fish food, so it kinda grosses me out, but if I put a little in a smoothie, I don't notice it at all.

    what about the latest research that has proved spirulina has pseudo b12 vitamins that can compete with real vitamin b12 in your body and cause a deficieny? would like to know your thoughts. thanks.

      She speaks at 130 briefly it competes with real B12 she’s not given enough information or advice. It’s surely a concern !

      Take chlorella instead, don’t mess with b12 stop taking spirulina, I loved it✌🏽

    I use spirulina to make poor man's caviar. I take a heaping spoonful of organic chia seeds and soak them overnight in water where they turn in a substance resembling fish eggs. In the morning I add 1 teaspoon of organic spirulina powder and mix thoroughly and viola! Instant beluga caviar for breakfast. It, just like caviar, is an acquired taste.
