Michael Sarnoski got the gig on this for his previous (debut) feature, Pig, which he wrote and directed. That was a very powerful character-driven piece of work, which notably featured definitely the best lead performance that Nicolas Cage ever delivered. Hearing it was him doing this made me supremely confident it was gonna be amazing.
There actually is one place that they could cross at hut the cars would’ve been jammed in there. The only way off the island besides swimming and boats, is the Holland Tunnel that connects NJ to Manhattan.

Yeah, that first dust storm was very 9/11 as someone who was in Manhattan when it happened. Thankfully, I was only 6 but I do remember that day and yeah, memorable. Because of how they took Rueben, the male nurse, I was so stressed that she’d lose the only other person that was there for her. Sure, she had her service animal but both were kind of bonded by necessity and her friendship with Eric, him just trying to be in control and feeling normal by befriending Sam who was in constant pain, just them supporting each other. So bittersweet, I loved it. Her finding one last ray of hope and warmth before the pain and death angels inevitably got her.

That was the 1st time that has happened and it was so trippy seeing places you've been being swarmed and destroyed. Thanks for the reaction, I love everything Charra reacts to,she is amazing, has such a lovely voice and she is so beautiful
The most unbelievable thing in this movie...him able to just walk in there and get those patches lol they're transdermal fentanyl patches used for only the most painful of pains and they're a controlled substance...but seriously, him going out there all that way to get her her medication was such a beautiful thing. Just two people learning to rely on each other in such dire circumstances being cheered on by a cat. I love it.
HE. HAS. ANXIETY. Jeez
Lol i was yelling at the screen when they couldn’t figure that out as well!! Well maybe cuz I have anxiety literally just like this. So I guess it’s easy for me to see but it’s really like so noticeable
I cried my ass off in the theaters. Ugh Loved the movie. They both did a marvelous job and Lupita man... ❤❤❤
I excepted the movie to really dig into the explanation of these aliens' presence and their origin. But I still enjoyed the movie.
The idea of wanting to get pizza is hilarious. Knowing they follow sound I'd probably say fuck it and go for food too. May as well go out happy.
I think Joseph Quinn would be perfect for the role of a young Robert Downey Jr. if they want to make a movie in the future about how Robert got his start in the movies. Joseph looks a lot like Robert when he was young.
This movie was purely about that cat and it's impossible to kill it😂😂
[23:36] Children of Men. Excellent movie. Very underrated and very under watched.
Masterpiece.
But did notice, that the yellow jacket she gave him was the one her father was wearing in the picture, right...and also that the guy/dad from the theatre, and helping Eric up the boat in the end,...was the one on the island in part two.... (there he told the story of how they got away....so I guess all the survivers on that boat ARE that colony from part 2....
🤯😱😣where's Eric AND Frodo?!?😒
🤔....part 4 material mayby...🤷🏼♀️🙆♀️
🤞🤞🤞🙏
They don't fear water, they can't swim, they sink because or their armor. Good thing plot armor is not that heavy xd.
Imagine if Kristen watched this with Achara. It may actually rival the Armageddon reaction lol
now I want to go see that reaction.
35:50 Jaby, he's panicking 😂
Achara got me in the feels man 😅
I believe Eric wears the tie for a sense of comfort. It gives him a sense of normality.
Idk I love this movie but the films themes are so heavy, I don’t know how often I’ll watch it rather than the more lighthearted (by my terms) first movies
i thought that cat might jump on the piano😅
I didnt expect to cry over this movie. Was very touching.
Finally, reactions to this movie 😔
Michael Sarnoski got the gig on this for his previous (debut) feature, Pig, which he wrote and directed. That was a very powerful character-driven piece of work, which notably featured definitely the best lead performance that Nicolas Cage ever delivered. Hearing it was him doing this made me supremely confident it was gonna be amazing.
I watched this on big screen, I loved it.
There actually is one place that they could cross at hut the cars would’ve been jammed in there. The only way off the island besides swimming and boats, is the Holland Tunnel that connects NJ to Manhattan.
New York is now the city that sleeps forever
Well let me just say that I truly appreciate you two doing this reaction. I'll take you and Achara over any reactor everytime 😊
"What if you have to make a fart?" Classic Achara 😂😂😂😂😂
I love Achara’s hair, looks so soft, I want all the videos of her in a playlist
24:15 😂😂 priceless 👌🏾 🤪💜
