I would recommend getting away from Workday. It is very unintuitive. Glad my company moved from them to UKG last year.

Believe me. UKG is worst. The people who works there are very lethargic and simply bad. They turns things very slowly.

Because is really bad for anything global due to payroll being local.. it creates different employee experiences based on location.
