Thanks Tony, I just got one of these and I'm currently checking out YT videos on how to use before I take the plunge. Yours is the best one I've seen, very clearly showing a complete trimming job from start to finish. I'm a complete novice at this, so it's really helpful to watch how you went about it (my hair and pattern is much the same as yours). Cheers mate, much appreciated!
@@toine888 Thanks mate. I gave it a burl last night and it worked like a charm. I'm really happy with the result. This little machine will pay for itself in another 5 or 6 trims. Money well spent I reckon!
I would really have loved to have been there, and having him cut mine that short on top, and then cut the back and sides as close as possible. A very nice and short recon style haircut, very short and military looking haircut.
Great video, I got one of these and dived in but the problem i have is blue light flashing when i try to charge it? could you show how to plug it into the wall socket to charge and what to expect regarding "signs and lights"? Does it simply flash blue when charging? then what happens. I thought the front lighted up as well and when done turned off? only the tiny bit of light around charge port lights up and flashes blue when plugged in?
It’s definitely for sale in Australia, just google it. Amazon, Shaver Shop, Myer and Catch of the Day are all selling it. It may not be available where you live.
One review I read was that the battery didn't go the distance and wasn't holding a charge after a few months. This video is now several months old, so how is the battery holding up in your opinion?
Hey A Jay, thanks for the question, no problems with the battery but I’ll admit I have grown my hair back more recently. But I did use it regularly for at least 3-4 months with no issues and actually didn’t have to recharge it either!
Hey Michael, good question, the Hc4300 is the newer version and according to Remington has more power and torque giving 33% better cutting performance than the older HC4250. Seriously can’t fault this new HC4300!

Is it waterproof
Can one get a bald head shiny haircut with this product?
I can't find this for sale? There is another model, The quick cut.

What's better the HC4300 or the hc4250

I read reviews on Amazon, stating that both models pull the hair
@@lexbeltran1354 hi Lex, definitely not true in my case. I guess it depends if your starting with long hair and not cutting short first.
@@lexbeltran1354 hc4250 has a worse battery from what i can gather, it's not lithium and most complaints are regarding the bad battery
Could it be used with no guard? Great info
Yup absolutely, that would give you a “0” cut to the skin!
your the man Tony
Where is the charger?
Yes it does come with a charger which I did forget to mention in the video!
Thanks!🙏
Babyliss rulezz!
It's not available in the U.S.
Sorry to hear that
Try looking for the Remington Quick Cut, it's very simlar.
You can use it on your beard also.
I spend half an hour! My head not completely rounded...🙄
👍
You missed lots of spots, as you had blade on the wrong angle. Most of video has NO sound
